Abiodun Isaac Kolawole
Founder
Abiodun Isaac Kolawole is the Co-founder of Tekholistics Limited, a Lagos-based gaming and Esports company driving the growth of Nigeria’s digital entertainment economy. With over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, he has delivered results across IT, consulting, and e-commerce sectors.
He holds a Master's in Esports Business from ISDE, Barcelona, and a Diploma in Digital Business from ISDI (Digital Talent Group), equipping him with both industry-specifi c and digital innovation expertise. Abiodun successfully secured the World Puzzle Federation franchise for Nigeria and has partnered with international platforms like Challengermode, positioning himself at the forefront of Africa’s emerging Esports landscape.

Lucas Schroeder
Co-founder
Lucas Schroeder is the Co-founder of Tekholistics Limited and a graduate of the Master in Esports Business program at ISDE (Barcelona). With a background in Industrial Engineering and international academic experience in the Netherlands and Spain, Lucas brings a global perspective to the rapidly growing African gaming market.
His education combines technical problem-solving with strategic thinking, reinforced by research presented at an international conference and published in a peer-reviewed academic journal. Lucas has also completed specialized training in business development for esports and data science, equipping him with a strong analytical and operational foundation.
